What we collect
- Account: your email address, your name (if you give one), and your login. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google name and email.
- Using SetFlow: the tracks you save, and how many searches you have used each day (for the free limits).
- Billing: your plan and subscription status, and your Stripe customer ID. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach us.
Your Rekordbox library and Mac tools
- When you import your Rekordbox history or scan your library, your Rekordbox database file is uploaded in parts, read by our server, and the uploaded file is deleted as soon as it has been processed. We keep only the results: your play history for My Set Flow, and the list of tracks (titles, artists, file paths and sizes) for Clean My Unused Tracks. Only you can see them.
- SetFlow only ever reads your Rekordbox database. It does not change it.
- Clean Other Files sends a list of file names, sizes and dates through a one-off link. It is deleted from our servers as soon as your browser has it and is kept only in your browser.
- The optional SetFlow Helper runs on your Mac. It can only open Finder or Terminal. It never runs commands or sends anything to us.
Who handles your data
We use these providers to run SetFlow: Supabase (database, login and temporary file storage), Netlify (website), Vercel (processing of Rekordbox files), Stripe (payments) and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your year filter and your last scan. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can delete your account from My Account. This cancels any active subscription straight away and removes your account and the data linked to it. You can also cancel your subscription there at any time. Some billing records are kept by Stripe as the law requires.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
