SetFlow is a service for DJs. It shows what DJs play after (or before) a track in real DJ sets, helps you find mashups, and offers Pro tools that work with your own Rekordbox library and your Mac. By creating an account or using SetFlow you agree to these terms.
You need an account to use SetFlow. Keep your login details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from My Account. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription immediately, with no refund for the unused part of the period.
Prices and free limits may change. If they do, we will tell you before a change applies to your subscription.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My Account (billing portal). When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will look into it.
The Rekordbox tools and Clean Other Files read information about your files. Clean-up features can move files you choose to your Mac's Bin. You decide what to move, and you are responsible for checking it first. Files are moved to the Bin, not permanently deleted, until you empty the Bin. Back up your music and your Rekordbox library before cleaning up. SetFlow never writes to your Rekordbox database.
SetFlow's track and transition data comes from publicly available DJ tracklists. It can be incomplete or wrong, and results show what DJs have played, not what will work in your set. Use your own judgement.
Do not misuse SetFlow: no scraping or bulk-copying our data, no attempts to break, overload or bypass limits on the service, and no sharing your Pro account with others.
SetFlow is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If you become a SetFlow Curator, the separate SetFlow Curator Agreement sets out the requirement, commission, immutable histories and booking terms that apply to that role, alongside these Terms.
We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will let you know. Continuing to use SetFlow after a change means you accept it.
